There are many ways to use the Telenet Hotspot service: via vouchers, a subscription, your credit card or via roaming.

Voucher
A voucher is a pre-paid card. You can purchase it at almost any Telenet Hotspot. Every voucher includes a login and a password that gives you access to the Telenet Hotspot network.
Subscriptions
We offer two types of subscriptions:
With a Telenet Hotspot subscription you get access to 1200 hotspot in Belgium & Luxembourg. For Telenet Internet customers the Telenet Hotspot subscription is included.
With TelenetConnect you get worldwide internet access for a fixed monthly fee.

Roaming
Telenet has multiple roaming partners. This means that you get access to the Telenet Hotspot network with the login and password from your own provider. Telenet works actively on roaming partnerships with international hotspot operators.
